From 2012 to 2013 - President of the installation commission and first National Director of ENH LOGISTICS, Maputo Mozambique, logistics branch of the national oil company of Mozambique, responsible for the incorporation of the public company and the constitution of a business strategy approved by the council of ministers; Negotiations with other national institutions for the establishment of agreements within the industry (includes direct negotiations with the national port and railway authority towards the creation of the company that will manage the northern ports); Negotiations with major oil companies, such as ENI, Anadarko, Petronas and Statoil, in order to close possible agreements.
