KNOW THE CHANGES TO THE LABOR CODE!

The Law 93/2019, from September 4, came into force in October 2019 and introduced changes to the Labor Code. The main changes occur particularly in the employment contracts, in the organization of working time, as well as the rights of workers with cancer diseases. 
We advise you that these changes are applicable to the employment contracts celebrated from October 1, 2019.
