The speaker of the seminar will be Andréa Freire, a specialist in the development of digital products "human-centric" and business innovation with a varied training in Design Thinking, Creativity, Storytelling and Digital Media. Andréa Freire is part of the strategy and innovation team at Deloitte Digital and is responsible for applying the Service Design methodology to projects with this need.
