CORK PERIODIC TABLE GETS HONORABLE MENTION

As a result of the participation of Cincork in the contest/exhibition "Periodic Table: beyond 150 years”, the work organized by the graduates of the Technical Maintenance Course of Industrial Maintenance of Metallurgy and metal mechanic "Cork Periodic Table” was among the 9 nominees for the final of the contest, having obtained an Honorable Mention with huge compliments from the jury.

The ceremony of the delivery of the awards and Honorable Mentions took place on 26th July during the XXVI National Meeting of the Portuguese Chemistry Society, at the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Porto.

We remind you that in order to mark the 150th anniversary of the creation of the structure of the Periodic Table, the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Porto (FCUP), Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry, Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto (FEUP), Department of Chemical Engineering and the Porto Superior Institute of Engineering   (ISEP), Department of Chemical Engineering, invited the entire educational community to participate, having registered 43 registrations.

All works will be in exhibition between September and December 2019.
