CONFERENCE “QUALIFIED JOBS REQUIRE APPROPRIATE QUALIFICATIONS – ARE WE PREPARED?”

At present, when companies are faced with enormous difficulties in finding professionals with adequate skills for certain functions, we believe that it would be appropriate to reinforce the reflection on how companies seek / find in the market the professionals with the academic and professional skills they need; are Universities, Schools and Training Centers responding adequately and timely to the business needs? What measures should be taken to enable the country to prepare and make available professionals with the necessary skills to make the economy grow to a higher level?

It is in this context that we invite you to this conference.

For this conference, which is part of the activity plan that marks the 65 years of our City Hall, we gathered a group of experts and decision makers, Portuguese and German: with a panel dedicated to Higher Education and Vocational Training and another dedicated to companies, we believe that we can make a fundamental contribution to the search for solutions to these problems, which are transversal to all areas of the economy.

The participation in this conference, including lunch, is free, but requires a previous registration. The applications are considered in order of entry, being limited.
