CINCORK FASHION 2019

Last July 26 it took place the fifth edition of Cincork Fashion, an event that fulfilled the auditorium of Cincork, where cork and fashion were, once again, hand in hand. 

The main goal of this event is the promotion and dissemination of cork in its different valences and products, which make Cincork fashion a project of high educational interest, either for the Cincork training community, or for the general population. 

This year’s edition, the organization of Cincork Fashion wanted to pay tribute to the People of Portugal and decided to combine cork with some traditional clothes of Portugal. 

The event also counted with a parade of cork fashion accessories (works of the company CSCork), a tribute to the national vice champions of the Challenge Land Rover 4x4 in Schools 2019, as well as demonstrations of "Body Combat” and "Powerjump”. Cincork Fashion 2019 counted on with the special participation of the group "Os Quartinetes”, who gave a present to the audience, a musical repertory that combined the harmony and melody of the four clarinets with the rhythm of percussion. 

The event counted on with the presence of the representation of the Councilor responsible for Education, Sport and Youth of the City Hall of Santa Maria da Feira, Rui Pais, and the President of the Parish Council of Santa Maria de Lamas, Lucídio Dias, among graduates, ex-graduates, trainers, family and friends.

This community involvement with the pedagogical activities of Cincork is part of the values and culture of this center, seeking the formation of a greater sense of responsibility in the development of their intellectual potentialities, as well as sense of citizenship and techniques during their formative process.
