A WINTER WITH COLOURED FOOTWEAR
The season calls for shoes, sneakers and boots that keep feet warm. This does not mean they have to be boring. Color can also be an ally in combating cold days.
The coldest season of the year is coming, which is not necessarily synonymous of dark colors that are on sale and are more often seen on the streets at this time. There is a wide offer for those who looks to bring winter to life with colorful footwear.
Inês Lebre, a 34-year-old woman, from Lisbon, is the founder of two brands. AINLU was born over a year ago and focuses on casual design, for both men and women. "The INLU customer values comfort and looks for shoes with a touch of color to wear everyday”, explains the manager. Unreal Fields, launched in September this year and aimed at women, is for those who are not afraid to stand out and look for contemporary shoes with bold tones. The brand wants to prove that Portugal does not need to be distinguished only by manufacturing: "It is purely fashion. The only way to stand out in such a competitive market is with a differentiating product".
Another brand that stands out for its use and color matching is Ben Goji, located in Escapães, Santa Maria da Feira. It was created in 2017 by Flávio Resende, 34, and his wife, Helena Marques, 32, with the goal to "enable people to have a unique model that exactly meets what they are looking for". In addition to the models that can be personalized in the online store, Ben Goji has collections for men and women, designed by the couple always taking into consideration "the representation of globalization".
