Presently, Calçada SA already has two manufacturing units: the head office in the city of Le Locle – Switzerland and a branch in Louredo – Santa Maria da Feira – Portugal.

Calçada SA currently has 70 employees operating at the Swiss factory and 21 at the Portuguese factory, keeping a constant sustained growth.

The company has a specialized Portuguese workforce. The main clients of Paulo Calçada's Company are: Rolex, Cartier, Omega, Ebel, Frank Muller and Breitling.

In 2010, Paulo Calçada received the Innovative Entrepreneurship Award of the Portuguese Diaspora.
